Dr Percent told me I was terminal in 2017. It is now 2024 and I am still here! I did change Dr's though.

I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Percent, as I usually do. He was in the office as I heard him talking to a patient in adjoining room. However, I was greeted by a Nurse Practitioner. No problem. I was under the impression I would see him after the Nurse Practitioner. Generally, my medications are gone over. I handed her my medication list and she did not want to see it which I thought was a bit “strange”. She started to tell me what Dr. Percent wanted me to do at which point I interjected that Dr. Percent could tell me himself. Her response was I was not seeing Dr. Percent. This is the first time I had a scheduled appointment with my physician and I did not see my physician, nor was I told beforehand that I would not be seeing my doctor. This is totally unacceptable. I am now inquiring as to which physician at this practice ACTUALLY sees their patients and will follow-up accordingly.
