After completing her ophthalmology training in Little Rock in 1995, Dr. Kinslow moved to El Dorado and started practicing at the South Arkansas Eye Clinic. She built the beautiful Magnolia Surgery Center in 2013 and then founded Kinslow Eye & Laser Center, which has recently expanded to three locations.
