Cause no harm
Dr. Malini reduced my sister's psychotropic meds abruptly, causing her to have terrifying visual hallucinations (large, hungry rats) and to hear voices. My sister has schizophrenia, which has been well controlled. I was told by (Brand New Day) staff that it was "to see if she has dementia or not". After this treatment change, Dr. Malini did not schedule a follow up appointment.
