Best doctor.

We LOVE Dr. Sule. He explains thing precisely, and doesn't try to sugar-coat the truth. We like knowing what we're dealing with.

Satisfied with medical care. Office very disorganized. Appointments frequently moved. Very difficult to reach anyone. Frustrating.

Dr told me I needed to start cathing his nurse was supposed to check insurance and call me back to set up a time to get started that was in August I called them repeatedly to no avail would not recommend to anyone

Just Love his service, he takes time to explain everything, the findings and the surgery process, and answer any questions we may have. He has performed two surgeries on me and everything went great. Highly recommend him to anyone who has urinary issues.

This office is a joke they do not return phone calls do not call in prescriptions and are totally non chillante about conditions one has. When i finally went into the office to find out WHY non one called me back after the 10th message or called my prescription in even tho the pharmacy called them 2 times and also did not receive a call back, i found the receptionist visiting on the phone with a friend. So i guess its just to much trouble for anyone to actually call back or call in prescriptions

Dr. Sule and Nurse Jessica are great. However, one of the staff is not. I had a follow up appointment on 10/6/20 to have a bladder scan in order to find out if my bladder was voiding completely. The nurse who escorted me to the restroom was not wearing a face mask. She explained how to use the collection device. After urinating I noticed that she had not placed a collection cup under the device which in turn had created a mess on the floor. I cleaned it up with toilet tissue. When I reported this to the nurse she was rather disturbed and said she would still do the bladder scan. I asked why she was not wearing a face mask. She responded that she didn't need to and neither did I. I told her that I would keep mine on and that the Doctor and Nurse wore masks during the previous week's visit. She just shrugged my comment off and escorted me out. Not at all professional.

Dr. Sule is hands down the most arrogant Dr. I've ever been to. Less than 5 minutes into my appointment he put his hand up to stop me mid sentence. He then told me he is a very busy man and doesn't have time to listen to my complaints. I was stunned. I would never recommend Dr. Sule to anyone.
