Dr. Link was professional who demonstrated knowledge a d understanding about my disease. He referred to clinic al studies as support for opinions a d advised resulting procedures. I respected his profound input.
The reception, scheduling department however is in need of attention. Customer service. Attitude and communication were poor , not among g all of the front desk people but a couple. Others were exceptional, Perry, Dr Links previois scheuler and Brie, the doctors nurse. They are to be commended.
