Horrible
Staff is rude. They dont know anything about insurance billing, as I have been dealing with this issue with them for months! Dr Armstrong doesnt care about your issues. Tests were unnecessarily repeated, especially since they were food allergy tests done via blood work. It's not as if you wake up one day and your coconut allergy is gone. Had to get insurance company rep involved to handle coding issues. Bill originally over $1000. Now down to $83, but I shouldn't have to pay anything, bcuz they accept my insurance. I verified this 3x at least. Had been a previous patient and never paid a penny. My insurance is the same and it is actually even better this year with more benefits. Billing dept just stupid! Was a wasted appt and got nothing out of it but months of invoices showing up in my mailbox and having to make calls to them every month! Im not paying for something they are supposed to contractually write off!! Find a different provider!

Doubt he cares
If you have straight up allergies he might be an ok doctor but this doctor seems to have a soft ego. If you ask questions or seem concerned about his “medical advice” he reacts. He also made assumptions about my medical history without asking me and I when I brought it to his attention that he was incorrect he changed the subject and walked out of the room. You don’t need to know everything but if you don’t, you need to be able to be honest about it. You couldn’t pay me to see this doctor again. Dismissive, condescending and rude. His staff was nice but that can’t make up for his poor behavior. Spent two hours getting skin tested for been though I already had blood work for allergies and got zero new info. Should’ve left when I got the first bad feeling about this guy.

Horrible Provider
This guy… if you want to feel like a crazy person and have all your concerns dismissed, definitely book an appt with him ASAP! Complete joke of a provider. He was an arrogant you know what and wasted my time and money. I will never go back there. His bedside manner was nonexistence. Never knocked in the door before entry, didn’t even say hi or introduce himself. Didn’t explain anything about testing. Told me “why would I test for you things you aren’t exposed to” at my first appointment for allergy testing. Why would anyone?! I didn’t even have testing done. HORRIBLE!!!

Best Doctor in his field
Dr. Armstrong not only helped me when I was barely breathing and covered in hives, but he continues to make sure I'm hive free and breathing at my best. He is one of the most caring Doctors in his field. I wish there were more doctors like him. Dr. Armstrong has a calm demeanor and excellent bedside manner. He has worked with me for years to make sure I'm doing my best. I highly recommend him to anyone, be it a single allergy to being allergic to almost everything, he is the best and never stops trying to make you feel your best.

I would highly recommend Dr. Armstrong. He was the first Dr. to properly diagnose my condition and prescribe the proper treatment. His care has improved my life tremendously. He has always listened to my concerns and many times has taken appropriate actions and precautions to help with my condition. Several times he has taken the time to call or write me personally regarding my condition, I have never had any Dr. do that before. I truly appreciate his dedication and expertise.

Dr Armstrong solved my 20-year coughing problem in one visit. He listened carefully, tracked down all my previous medical records and test results, and recommended one more respiratory test, which provided definitive results. He is respectful, personable and very smart. This has been a huge problem for me and I have been seen by ENT doctors, pulmonologists, and others, and answers have been elusive. Thank you, Dr Armstrong.
