Made an impression
He was a doc in Hobbs, NM when I saw him. He went above and beyond to help me, even helping me get into a program to help me pay my bill. I still talk about my experiences with him. I recommended him to my MIL when she got bit by a spider and her doctor refused to treat her because she didn't have insurance. Her foot was literally decaying. She went to Dr Dubose and when she told him what happened, he walked out and called the other doc. He raked him over the coals for treating her poorly and demanded he not only get her the immediate care she needed but cover it as well. She nearly lost her foot in the end due to waiting so long. Probably would have died from non treatment had she not seen Dr Dubose. Brown recluse spider bites need swift action. My review is extremely late. Happened to be talking on this experience today and decided to look him up. I got a new doc when he moved his practice to Lubbock. Still appreciate him though

Dr. Duboise takes time with every patient and has a reputation of asking lots of questions because he really wants to get to the root of what’s wrong. I’ve been a patient of his for almost 10 years and I’ve been pleased with every interaction with him. I appreciate the time he spends with me in the office and the follow up calls he makes to check on how things are progressing. Great doctor. I highly recommend seeing him!

There were a lot of things going on in my life at the time and one day I was in his office in tears having a panic attack. I was then told I was "fired" as a patient and couldn't see him again. No great loss, but because he's with Covenant this now means I can never, even 6 years later, have a Covenant Dr. as a PCP. Multiple calls (at least 15) around the 4-5 yr mark to find out why, or if it could be reversed, went ignored by his office manager who seems to never be there.

Dr Jack Dubose is a horrible Dr. I went to him one time on a Saturday because my PCP was not available. I was having a panic attack and extreme back pain He chewed me out for being a cigarette smoker and told me other more very rude and demeaning things. He had only seen me 20 minutes and I left in tears I am disabled and have several chronic, problems with my back. I also have anxiety. He then sent me a letter saying that I can never go to the Covenant clinic again. Warning! Don't go to him
