Dr. Jack Giddings, MD

Not very detailed, says all the right things but really not present in the moment of your visit.

I have seen him many times over the past few years. I am always in and out of his office within a short time. He listens to me and meets my needs.

He has been my PCP for over 30 years. He is awesome!

Researched this site to find a new Doctor. Dr. Giddings had good reviews, however, I experienced exactly what the couple of bad reviewers did; waited well over an hour past my appointment time. When he finally saw me, he was obviously rushing trying to make up time lost on the last appointment at my expense. He wasn't even trying to hide it. Didn't want to listen to me, tried to cut me off and cut it short and get me out of there so he could get back on schedule. I don't care if he's the greatest doctor out there, I'll never know because I don't plan on going back.

A great staff from the sign in desk to the exit desk, with all diagnostics and DR. orders set up in a orderly manner with all questions answered, Memorial Family Practice puts you first, i recommend you make them a part of your family

Dr.Jack Giddings is a great doctor with strong work ethic and very nice and attentive to explained all the process of my sickness sincerely,you are in this location to take care of us when we see you and I'm also very thankful to all staff who were evry friendly and professional.

I could not be more pleased with Dr Giddings, or the way he, and the staff handled my physical. Dr Giddings is very professional, personable, friendly, and courteous. I was immediately comfortable with him, and knew that I chose the right new primary doctor right away. I look forward to remaining a patient of Dr Giddings, and Memorial Family Medicine, and recommend them to anyone seeking excellent medical care for themselves and/or family.

Dr. Giddings is always so nice and listens. He makes you feel he cares and does whatever is needed. He was amazing in getting me help when I had back problems. If I need something I feel I can call and He will do whatever is required to assist.

NOT GOOD! Waited 45 min. in waiting room...Saw Dr. Giddings for exactly 1.5 min. He was in and out like a shot. Did NOT get to discuss my issues at all.

Dr Gidings always sits and listens to me when I describe my reason for my visit with him. He recently attempted to treat a foot infection I had. He right away suggested I go to the emergency room. They were able to treat my ailment and after a week long stay in the hospital was released. Thanks to Dr Giddings to saving my foot.

I have been going to Jacksonville Family practice for over 30 years and have always had a pleasant experience. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I have been seeing Dr. Giddings for over 30 years. I enjoy his visits and he takes the time to listen to me and helps me with any medical situation that I have. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing medical help or information.

Office visit with Dr. Giddings at Memorial Family Practice went very well. I really liked Dr. Giddings, He was very knowledgeable and caring doctor.

My visit was very pleasant I was able to get In and didn’t have to wait long at all. Dr Giddings was very nice as well as the staff.

We have had Dr Giddings for over 25 years. He has always been very professional and listens to our issues, explains what the problems are and evaluates what is needed to rectify. He and his staff are all excellent at their professions and tasks.

Dr Giddings has been our family physician for 34 years and I refuse to change to another Dr. He has been the best I have ever had and treats us like a family members. He could help us when specialist could not, I can't say enough about him

Had blood-work done a few months ago, called for direction on how to get my blood type, the staff on the phone could not tell me or schedule for this to be done. She could not even tell me that visiting a "blood bank" would suffice. I will not be using this office again for any work, even when I visited a few months ago they just wanted to rush me out the door and did not care me as a patient at all. I think a lot of the reviews on here are paid for or fake.

Dr. Giddings is always thorough and available to answer any questions I may have. He truly cares about his patients.
