I should’ve read the reviews first but my oncologist referred me to Dr. Lennox because of my shoulder needless to say I didn’t get to see him because I couldn’t get pass the red tape of the front office. Just terrible customer service. Very bad synergy so I just left and will find another Orthopedic doctor

From office staff to Dr. Lennox this office is terrible. Dr. Lennos misdiagnosed me and I went two week on a torn ACL, before getting a second opinion where I found out there was an actual tear and I needed surgery. Dr. Lennox told me I was stable and he didn't see a tear which was clearly indicated on the MRI report as well. Also the lady in billing is extremely rude and has no compassion for patients. I wouldn't recommend anyone go see Dr. Lennox if you want to be diagnosed properly and take care of. He is the worst doctor I have ever seen. If I could give zero stars I would

I went to see Dr. Lennox for a hand problem. He was professional, friendly & diagnosed & treated my problem. The resident & intern were very nice also. It was really the most pleasant doctor appt. I can remember. And, yes, there was an injection involved!

The doctor didn't listen to me or complete an actual exam. He was only completing a workers comp request and he got his money for seeing me but DID NOT CARE or address anything of significance. What a scam!!!

Dr Lennox came highly recommended by my dad, who has used him for his shoulder repair. He warned me that his bedside manner was brief, but thorough, and that he was a great surgeon. I made my appointment expecting him to be in and out quickly, but he did the complete opposite - He spent a great deal of time with me and developed a great plan to help address my issues. He was also familiar with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which is a huge plus for my family and I. I highly recommend him.

He wants me to see the next specialist when i know it's my shoulder! He didn't listen to my actuall problem! He wants to convince you that he knows it all instead of listening to the actual issue. And doesn't believe anything you tell him! He's close minded! An MRI tells you what is going on but he refused to prescribe one, instead he passes you onto a spine specialist bc he doesn't want to help you with your actually symptoms!

Dr. Lennox is an excellent Dr. He found out what was wrong with my wrist in 3 visits, something doctors at other centers couldn't do in 10 years. He ordered MRI's, blood work and provided adequate referrals.

Careful and thorough evaluation of my hip. Discussed all my options with my family and myself. Fully explained all pre and post op scenarios. Total hip replacement went better than expected and I had zero complications I also didn't have to wait months for an appointment and the staff at Botsford Hospital was great

Had shoulder surgery, went good. My after care was nothing I was used to, I felt it was not enough. He wouldn't order physical therapy. I felt I needed it and that it would of been helpful.
