Dr. Jack Mullins, MD

Most arrogant, self centered, sarcastic, uncaring "doctor" I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. I strongly recommend you avoid him at all costs. There are many, many fine Doctors in the Pasadena area. "doctor" Jack A** Mullins is certainly not one of them!!!!

Never met a more rude and disrespectful person, not even just a doctor in my life. We took my husband to the hospital as his heartbeat was elevated and has shortness of breath. Eventually he was diagnosed with AFIB. The doctor mocked and degraded the other nurses to the nurse in duty all while in front us then when I asked what something meant that he said as far as treatment. He looked at me like I was the stupidest person he had ever came across and proceeded to tell ME that apparently I seem to know something about the procedure since I asked him??? I honestly thought he was joking with me, at first because I would never imagine a doctor would not want the patient and his wife to understand a HEART procedure that a doctor would want to perform. How can we trust our lives to someone who doesn’t make you feel comfortable with what’s going on? I can’t, and I won’t! Definitely would not feel at ease that I know exactly what will be going on and why. Do NOT recommend!

Very unprofessional!! Don't let him do any procedures at the hospital especially on Fridays. He will milk your insurance out of more money by leaving you waiting on him to release you for way longer then necessary. We had to wait on Saturday until 3:30 in the afternoon before he would release us. Then promptly left the room without any further release instructions when told we had already set up an appointment with another cardiologist. That was the last of many other questionable actions.

You will not find a doctor with a better bed side mannerl He doesn't get excited and he is very calming. He is completely professional and you get a feeling that he is very knowledgeable in the cardiology field. He is willing to answer all of your questions. Highly recommend.
