My experience with Jack Potts was deeply concerning. His approach to evaluations relies solely on conversation, with no use of technology or objective tools to support his findings. This lack of structured testing leaves his conclusions open to question, especially in matters as critical as competency evaluations.What stood out most was the apparent bias in his approach. It seemed he was more focused on reaching a conclusion that aligned with the interests of the individual or party who recommended his services rather than conducting a fair and impartial assessment. This was particularly evident when clear evidence contradicting his narrative was presented. For example, when a recorded instance showed that someone else was managing tasks the patient was supposedly competent to handle (such as paying bills), he did not engage with this critical information.
