Best doctor and staff I’ve ever had!
Every dealing I’ve ever had with Dr. Wallis’s office and with Dr. Wallis have been exemplary. His staff answers the phone, they call back when they say, and they are helpful, caring, proactive, and knowledgeable. Dr. Wallis, takes time to listen to my concerns, is respectful of me, thorough, skilled, and very willing to make referrals when needed. The referrals I’ve gotten from Dr. Wallis, have been excellent. I’m so grateful!

Made an appt with Dr Wallis's office weeks ago. As a result of volunteering to take a COVID test that was offered by Seton to all Kissing Tree community residents this past week , Dr. Wallis's office canceled our appointment. If you have an appointment with this doctors office, do not let them know if you have taken a COVID test otherwise they will cancel your appointment.

I don't have a problem with Dr. Jack Wallis but the staff. In the last 3 years, they failed to fax my lab work order in time. I went to the lab but no order for me. This year I called them to fax it immediately and make sure it wouldn't happen again. But unfortunately the same thing just happened. I called the office they don't have an explanation. I was told there's a note to process the order but it has not been signed by the dr. and not processed. I'm supposed to get my lab work done this morning but no ... my schedule is messed up.

Feel quite positive about the overall experience. I wish I could understand why I have to take Claritin and another anti-allergy medicine daily on top of the shots. Shots used to be all I needed. But the people are very nice to deal with, and the facility is fine.

I love Dr. Wallis! He's super great about spending a lot of time with you, answering your questions, discussing concerns, and helping you understand what's going on. He's a little old-school, but I appreciate his experience in the medical field and his expertise. He's working fewer hours these days, so sometimes I've had to see an on-call colleague for acute stuff (sinus infections, UTI's). But I love having him as my PCP!
