Great experience at ER
She is very friendly, warm and explained things well and took time to answer questions. She ran the tests she thought were needed as well.

Absolutely Horrible Experience
Went into the ER with my adult son. He has been vomiting multiple times a day for over a month and now is vomiting blood. He has already seen GI and after testing has been referred to a general surgeon for gallbladder removal. With symptoms worsening his provider suggested we go to the ER. Dr Wood was completely dismissive of my son’s symptoms and level of discomfort. She made the comment twice that his GI was likely incorrect as she was only a nurse practitioner and not a doctor. What a slap in the face to all nurse practitioners!! When my son asked for a GI consult, she refused to call for one. If we could rate the level of care with less than one star we would. Luminous Health has really made a bad name for Anne Arundel Medical Center. These “professionals “ need to do better!!

Very dismissive and snarky
Went in for chest pains and was treated as I was making it up. Also toldMy anemia was severe but not severe enough for her to treat
