Dr Ark is one of the 3 best Drs I've had in 69 years. I've been to both civilian and military Drs (Army, Navy, and Air Force) in Germany, Diego Garcia (BIOT) and other military bases in the U.S. He takes the time to clarify issues so you understand just where you are and what the options are. Five Stars for Dr. Ark!

Symptoms blamed on mental health
Lost months of potential care because Dr. Ark blamed my symptoms on having a mental illness, despite my history of seeing multiple urologists who were adamant that I was dealing with an urology related issue. Ultra sound finally proved the issue, but at that point I had already missed potential care for a long time ultimately exacerbating the symptoms. The issue has gotten worse since due to a lack of care repeatedly from multiple doctors. It is what it is.

Attentive and thorough
Dr Ark is always attentive and thorough. I never feel rushed. I appreciate his knowledge and I appreciate the opportunity to have had a video visit when he couldn't be in the office recently. I highly recommend Dr. Ark and the staff at the office. Everyone has always been kind and that's refreshing. Thank you!

Simply Excellent
I have to say that my experience with Dr. Ark was easily the best experience I have had with a doctor in my life. I am someone who gets very anxious when it comes to medical procedures and it really helped that Dr. Ark took the time to explain why I was experiencing the reaction I was having and really put me at ease. Coming from a family of doctors I know first hand how it’s rare to find a surgeon who also has great bedside manner. Dr. Ark has both!!

Fantastic Experience
Dr. Ark explained the process clearly and has great "bedside manner". His communication style and sense of humor made my procedure as painless as possible, considering the procedure I went through. His staff is polite and efficient, and I will recommend him to anyone looking to have a vasectomy. I was a little disappointed that he was not familiar with Chevy Chase's finest work in the movie "Fletch", but hopefully he will watch it when he has a chance.

Perfect experience
From the moment I arrived at the office, the staff was exceptional. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, the medical staff was upbeat and reassuring, and Dr. Ark talked me through every step of the procedure. His bedside manner was terrific, and I would highly recommend anyone to him.
