Money
What visit? I was just denied a consultation with him because I am self pay. They actually have self pay protocols, that I was informed about and agreed to. Which is pretty much pay most of it up front. So why was I denied? He would have been out nothing. And having his assistant tell me that he would personally have to pay my bill out of his own pocket if I didn’t pay was a little hard to believe. I have been self pay for a very long time and have never been treated like this.

Dr Brooks and the Team are so professional and courteous, clearly they do their best to keep your appointment timely, the offices are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Brooks clearly is a gifted surgeon, he knows what he is doing and strives to give the patient the best opportunity for a successful surgery. I couldn't say enough good about my experience with this office and team.

Impressive doctor
I am extremely impressed with Dr. Jake Brooks. He took the time to explain my issue, in addition to explaining the things that I can do to improve function and mobility. He included discussing additional future options that we can take if my situation deteriorates. He really connected with me the patient and for that, I am extremely appreciative.
