Don't let this doctor treat you
He is a very bad professional, he refuses to provide information about the patient's current health status, he delays the processes and is only interested in patients paying for the consultation.

IF YOU HAVE A LOVED ONE WITH URO NEEDS. STAY AWAY!
Unfortunately my father’s health has declined due to his folley insertion as my father has a swollen prostate and is unable to urinate on his own. Sadly this MD happens to be the urologist in all three hospitals and there is nothing I could do about it, for this is where his ALF sends him. While at all three hospitals I have left numerous messages to touch base with this man. Nurses have left note with urgent messages regarding his prior diagnosis of prostate cancer. Wanted to make sure tests were being ordered and run to detect possible return of cancer. Also that medication is provided to reduce inflammation enabling him to once again regain his ability to urinate on his own. Messages in vain, he never took a moment to truly care his patients needs by communicating with his loved ones. We took him to his real urologist who cannot understand why he has bot received lab work and TX to help him. Well, Jeremy Cohen is the reason why. He is heartless. Patients are numbers. Read reviews

Horrible doctor
Terrible as a doctor, I do not recommend him to anyone, my mother was operated on by him at Palmetto Hospital and what they had said they had done to her in the office was denied. The doctor did not talk to my mother at all. These types of doctors should not exist because they only care about money and not the health and well-being of patients.

Absolutely NOT. More than 20 people lined up outside to see this doctor. His office accepted an appointment for one of the patients seen in the hospital- elderly man in poor health with an amputation, in a wheelchair with a foley that this doctor prescribed - and upon arrival his office refused to see him because he didn’t have a referral. You would think being seen by that doctor and his office making the appointment was enough. No. They refused and we left without knowing why he has a foley or how to care for it.

Dr Cohens office was the worse I’ve ever encountered to deal with. When you call they refuse to answer any questions or help in any way. He treated my mother who was + with COVID & also had renal issues. Never once did they return a call or give any info to family on treatment plan or what to expect. In this time of COVID when you have an elderly person hospitalized for months, calls & updates are more important than ever. I will never let my mom be treated by this dr again. They were uncaring in their treatment of our family. It was extremely stressful for us to deal with them. I am an ICU nurse so it’s not like I don’t understand the medical system and still I felt hopeless in trying to deal with this office & this dr.

One of the worst offices that I have ever been to. The staff is very unprofessional! No one can help you! You ask for a manager or supervisor and they claim to not have one. They call patients with cancer results without even confirming the patient and after getting results like that no one was able to answer the many questions we had. Went to office for this with a one month wait with many questions to only be told only the P.A. is here. We’ve had to extent commute for this doctor and so called results only to be turned away again because staff couldn’t obtain authorization from this so called important treatment. Not one phone call to notify us and they’re respond was you should’ve called. Most unprofessional office and honestly they don’t care because they know that no one will reprimand them. Insurance companies shouldn’t even have a physician or office like this on there panel

I agree that Jacob Cohen doesn't even deserve a 1 star! Totally unprofessional!!! He couldn't find out my bladder problem, was just interested to do a surgery the sooner the better! I was literally in shock because this doctor couldn't even tell the diagnosis, didn't recognise the common cystitis. Ridiculous!!!

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star! He told my husban and I that he had removed the kidney stone, which was a lie because the urined it 3 days later. My husband was in a lot of pain after the surgery and he would only tell him that he needs to leave the hospital!! That's really mean! We are extremely upset that he lied to us, telling us that he removed the kidney stone! He was wrong and he said he only had one of 3mm and he urinated 2 in 3 days!

Longest waiting time ever, my husband was in pain, no time given for appointment, just was told to arrive around 9:00 am. Arrived at 7:45 am, was seen by another physician around 1:30 pm. Needed to schedule a surgical procedure, the assistant personal were talking and discussing personal problems, watching breaking news in their phones. I have to call their attention to take care of him. The day of the procedure that was supposed to start at 8:30 am the doctor arrived at 2:00 pm. Not recommended
