Doesn’t Listen to Family
My mother fell and fractured her collarbone. My mother is not what a doctor consider a “normal” patient as she has numerous health issues and we make sure any new doctor is aware that she is the 1% of rare issues, situations, outcomes, etc. While explaining this to Dr. Falcon, he stated there is nothing they can do for a collarbone but send her home. Then in a patronizing tone said “Maybe she will be the 1% that needs surgery then.” Well Dr. Falcon, she will be having surgery this week for her collarbone fracture. Thanks for “listening” to the patient’s family and considering their extensive knowledge of the patient in your treatment.

Awful
I didn’t even see him until I was told I was being discharged. I kept hearing, “the doctor said…” but he never even examined me or told me the results of my tests. When he finally came in he acted like he was angry for some reason. None of it made sense, it was the worst experience I can remember in a healthcare situation.

Would not recommend Dr. Falcon - supervising doctor in ER at Seton. I went in for a secondary infection of the lungs, could not breath. Was given breathing treatments and Prednisone, both already doing at home. He did not ask ANY questions. He lumped me into the "virus" category and did nothing, yet charged $830 for it. Visit to a specialist proved infection and I was put on Avalox right away. Misdiagnosis and prescribing way more Prednisone both major mistakes that could have cost me my life.
