Excellent experience. Everyone was very attentive to my needs and very polite. Taken right on time. Dr. Gady explained the procedures to me and warned of noises I may hear just prior to them occurring so I would know this was normal. Highly recommend. Tooth removed and robotic implant done the same day.

I showed up at the office at the appointed time. They told me to wait outside. After 15 minutes of waiting I called them back and they told me they would be right down to let me in. I waited 20 more minutes and they never came. I left because of the cold.They didn’t even bother to contact me to see what happens. I will never go back to this dentist. This is how his office treats new patients.

I sought 2 opinions . After meeting Dr. Gady, I knew that he was the oral surgeon I needed to hire. Why? Dr. Gady knew what the issue was, he knew that it was not a threat and, he was funny and extremely personable. Compared to the other oral surgeon I sought an opinion from, Dr. Gady was confident, approachable, disarming, and well skilled ! I didn't feel a thing during and after the surgery ! He worked fast and, he talked thru the procedure so that you knew exactly what to expect .

I was initially treated by Dr Fink to remove a foreign body left in my mouth after a routine Dental procedure. HIis partner Jacob Gady DDS MD became my primary service provider. Dr. G is a hands on physician who takes full
responsibility for his patients and is inconstant communication with them even on nights and weekends. Dr.G is highly intelligent trained by prestigious institutions.,approachable, friendly, highly skilled , caring and extremely kind and emphatic. Great guy and Dr.
