First line staff not helpful
I wish i was able to have an experience with this doctor, instead i was intercepted with staff that was less than courteous. I sent release forms last week and never heard anything. I called today to see if they had recieved what was needed to make an appointment and she stated that she had not. I asked if they do any follow ups to make sure the doctor they are requesting info from even recieved the request. Her response was "You can call" I just need to see a doctor because my condition is getting worse, having bad bed side manner isnt what i needed.

I took my mother Ms. Audrey W. Robinson, to Dr. Noel office we didn't set long only to find out when she went in the back she had a hand in raising this young man.. He really is a great doctor job well done.

Dr. Jacque is a wonderful doctor who always has my best interests in mind. I am very glad to have switched to him and I am being well treated.

The wait time was very short. I did not have to wait long to see Dr. Noel. He listened to ALL of my complaints, asked questioned. He never once made me feel dumb or like I didn't know what was going on with my own body. He paid attention to me and has wonderful bedside manner. Staff are very wonderful to work with, we had a small hiccup with my insurance that I'm new to(just married) but they did not make a big deal. Once the situation was explained, they understood and took care of everything.
