I had a horrible experience with this office. I received a routine 2nd trimester anatomy scan at New York Presbyterian and apparently Dr. Bush was the doctor who reviewed the results although I never even saw her. When I got the bill for the ultrasound, I was charged for a special ultrasound for "suspected fetal anatomic, genetic abnormality" CPT code 76811. I'm neither a high risk pregnancy nor was there any suspected abnormalities so I was extremely alarmed to get this bill. I called Dr. Bush's office at least 5 times over the course of a week and kept being passed off and no one ever called me back and one woman even hung up on me. It was a really upsetting and demoralizing experience.
