I went to see Dr. Carrasco for a problem which a couple of physicians were unable to accurately diagnose or treat. One had said I would need surgery. Upon seeing me for less than 1-2 minutes she immediately and accurately diagnosed the problem/condition and immediately resolved the problem with just an in office procedure.( injection under eye.) Incredible! My only regret is that I didn’t visit her sooner! So grateful for her keen eye, compassion and skills. Wonderful physician and highly recommend!

Dr. Carrasco MD is the finest ocular plastic surgeon. Years ago she surgically removed drooping eyelids on both eyes, which was extremely successful with healing within a short time. Recently she did my annual eye appointment, which I am a repeat patient every year. Her evaluation, data, and recommendations were on the expert level. She spent so much time with me, answered all my questions, and showed empathy for recent eye issues. She simply is the best!

Phil and I recently received our annual thorough eye exams. Dr. J. Carrasco MD is an expert in all matters related to ophthalmic concerns - whether it requires surgery or analysis. She shows complete dedication by listening and spending all the time necessary to review us. It gives me great pleasure in recommending Dr. Carrrasco. I travel over 2 hours from NJ to PA because I have such a confidence instilled in me by Dr. Carrasco's expertise, knowledge, compassion and care for her patients. I never feel rushed and am always listened to. She works with you to address your concerns, rather than just telling you what to do. I often will let her know what a Godsend she is to me. Dr. Carrasco goes the extra mile. When it comes to doctors, she truly is a shining example of one who is dedicated, available upon request either through email or a phone call. I see we can choose 5 stars in our recommendation, however, I would certainly give Dr. Carrasco 5,000 stars for the gift of who she is especially in my care.

I visited Dr. Corasco for a appointment - which was to raise one of my eyelids. She made me wait outside in the office and then in one of the rooms for 1.5 hours- this is nearly 90 minutes. Then did not tell me that the injection was going to be painful- I have four bruises on my forehead (second day today) Asked me to put an ice pack on it for 2 mins - or cover the bruise with my hair. I waited to ice the bruises for at least 10 mins. but they literally drove me out of the office saying the bruises would be gone in a day or so. Not true - third day- I still have the bruises- an uncaring doctor - She is always in a rush and never sits down to speak calmly with a patient.

Dr Carrasco was clear and concise with what she was going to do in surgery, She gave of her time to explain everything clearly.

Saw Dr. Carrasco after losing a stitch in my right eye post-op . She could not have been nicer and more efficient as she replaced the stitch and I was well on my way . Excellent experience and the best care from Dr. Carrasco and her Staff . Very highly recommend . Pat Rudnick

Staff very unprofessional. Dr Carracci spent very little time with me and did not make me feel confident. I did not feel she cared whether I used her services or not. Very disappointing.

Dr. Carrasco operated on my sagging lower eyelid and I am over-the-moon happy with the results. She took my ugly eye and made it match my other eye perfectly. She has exceptional surgical skills and a warm, friendly manner. I think she is terrific.

I had a blepharoplasty and brow lift done in Dr. Carrasco's office with just local anesthetics and I could not be more pleased. For the first time in over 10 years my vision has improved and I don't look like I'm tired all the time. Dr Carrasco and her entire staff have treated me phenomenally well since being recommend to see her for Eyelid surgery (Blepharoplasty) back in February, 2020. My surgery was performed last Wed July 22, 2020. While being driven home - just 3.5 hours following surgery, I told my wife that my peripheral vision was noticeably improved. I was back yesterday for my post-op visit where Dr Carrasco removed my stitches. She was very pleased with how my surgery was healing and, I know that once the healing process is complete, I'll be 100% satisfied with the result. I had seen two ocular surgeons & both had suggested tear duct surgery. One of them recommended Dr Carrasco as she specializes in the area of the intended surgery. She did all the same tests they did, yet determined that surgery was NOT needed. She took the time to ask a few questions regarding my eye symptoms as well as other challenges she observed not related to the eye & determined that the trouble was more inflammation/sensitivity related rather than anything a surgery could fix. A regimen of drops over the course of a year or so had me feeling right as rain. Her open & professional manner makes her easy to talk to. She is efficient, but doesn't gloss over other options or go for the easy answer just for expediency. Some say "when you're a hammer, every problem looks like a nail." While I would feel very comfortable with her wielding the knife, I am grateful she doesn't fall into the stereotypical "surgeons like to cut" mentality.

Dr. Carrasco is on top of it! I immediately felt that I was in the right hands. She removed a Sebaceous Carcinoma (which is a rare form of cancer) on my lower right eyelid. She is professional, compassionate, and is easy to talk to about your concerns. I definitely recommend Dr. Carrasco!

I traveled long distance to have Dr Carrasco do surgery to correct severely retracted lower eyelids and left upper eyelid that drooped greatly due to a previous surgery.
