She is rude and so is her nurse. She did not listen to my concerns, and she was very judgmental. What a waste of an appointment and money.

I have been going to Dr. Chanlatte for around 6 yrs now. I was referred to her after I became addicted to opioids after previous doctor’s answer to pain and pills not working anymore was to up the dose. Dr. Chanlatte, didn’t judge me, she took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything I would be experiencing while she treated me for addiction and treated the reason I was given pain pills in the first place. Dr. Chanlatte saved my life! My entire family now see’s her! From small things to major issues, she by far has been the best Dr. our family has ever been to! I highly recommend her to everyone!

I have been seeing Dr. Chanlatte for years now. She is always straightforward and to the point, no beating around the bush even if I don't like the answer. Which shows me that she cares about my health and will not sugarcoat what she feels I need to hear. I am always able to get in when needed and all my questions are always answered.

I am a caregiver for a person with disabilities and have been taking her to this doctor for about 2 years now. We always wait for at least 30-45 minutes in the waiting room then continue to wait for 15-30 minutes in the exam room. The last visit- I could clearly hear Dr. Chanlatte having a loud verbal argument with a patient in the next room. She was being extremely rude and calling him a liar. Then during our visit, she mentioned a mass on my client's lungs, but then just blew it off... No care

The wait is ALWAYS ridiculous... Seriously every single appointment I am there for at least an hour and a half, usually 2 hours. She doesn't seem to take into consideration the symptoms (pain) and ways to relieve it. Went to an orthopedic doctor without her recommending and he recommended physical therapy. One plus, it's always pretty easy to get an appointment.
