I saw Dr. Gervais a few years ago and it was a truly horrible experience. She was over 2 hours late and did not apologize.She acted as if I had done something wrong. I didn’t have an attitude and I didn’t even mention her tardiness, I just needed help. She spoke to me in a very condescending manner. She also criticized my appearance. I felt like awful after I left. I can honestly say that I did nothing to be treated that way. She came off as hateful and cruel. It was an extremely disgusting experience.

De gervais is the best , she delivered the both of my kids 3 years apart and just recently my nephew . She keeps it all the way real and shes like a grandma to me . Our conversations has always been so therapeutic to me . I wish that I had a reason to see her more lol! . Im in bed bored and just though about a conversation we had some time ago about her mother . When I was in labor with my youngest everyone in the room was able to see how much we cared about eachother. She kept me so calm . Love you dr ... Ky Thompson <3

I was a very nervous new patient, Dr. walked in and said hi, immediately a calm came over me, she was so soft spoken and has a sweet persona. She quickly retrieved my medical history from me without me feeling like I was being interrogated. During exam she was very gentle and kept me engaged in conversation (I know this was to keep my mind off exam), it worked. I've never felt so comfortable, will definitely be going back.

Dr. Gervais has been my Ob-gyn since I was 16 years old. She delivered my son at 3:13 AM. I was so relieved that she was o call. She is very knowledgeable, informative and patient with her patients. Dr. Gervais makes you feel very comfortable in her care. She has excellent manners and it is always a pleasure to see and talk with her.
