Arrogant Not Empathetic
I felt she belittled my medical complaints. She was disinterested and maybe disapproved of me as a patient.

Great doctor
I love Dr. Heath, I saw her for the first time a couple of years ago. I've had lifelong stomach issues and have told many doctors about it through the years but Dr. Heath is the first one who took action that actually helped me. I let her know that a lot of my issues do stem from anxiety so she put me on a medication to help with my anxiety and also referred me to a GI doctor. Since being on the medication, my stomach has gotten so much better. I'm not good at making my doctor's appointments and following through so the fact that she immediately gave me the option to try something, helped immensely. She takes her time during the appointments and makes sure to address any questions I have. She's smart and knows her stuff! Glad she was recommended to me by a work colleague.
