Dr. Jacqueline Nguyen, MD

I am a former patient of Dr. Nguyen's. She performed a foot surgery for me July 2019 for hammertoes, bunions and other issues. The surgery appeared to be a success, until it wasn't. Aftercare was pretty much non-existent despite my request for post op orthotics and physical therapy, I feel like Dr. Nguyen pretty much "checked out". I had to acquire another orthopaedic surgeon to prescribe orthotics and physical, however, it appears the lack of immediate post op care, (I was not able to obtain physical therapy until November 2019) may have contributed to my current situation, ditto orthotics. I am left with a deformity, pain, lack of mobility, and lack of sensation due to a nerve which Dr. Nguyen admitted to me in a post-op visit, was severed during surgery. I refused to grant my permission for Dr. Nguyen to use my surgery records for her bid for board certification. I am now in the process of seeking some retribution for this mess I am left with.
