My trusted physician
I've been Dr. Pearson's patient for ~20 years. As a senior I have found it important to have a close working relationship with Dr. Pearson and her staff, especially as my need increases with age. The office has always been very responsive to my emails, messages and needs.

J. Pearson
I have been a patient for a number of years. The office staff is very good. Dr. Pearson is very professional and knowledgeable. As an MDVIP, she does give time to her patients. My complaint is that she does not review the reports sent to her by the doctors that she refers me to. I’m not even sure that she reviews her own notes or the information in my file. Unless I bring up things at our appointments that the other doctors have reported, things that I have seen in the office on-line charts, or items she has mentioned in previous meetings, she seems to ignore them. That is the reason for the “average” rating; I would feel more confident if she didn’t rely on me following up on individual issues.

Since she has gone to MDVIP, I find that the service from her and the staff lacking. I have to call or send a message through the portal multiple times, and then I still don't get a response. I have been with Dr. Pearson for 15 years, but because of the lack of service I am going to look for a new doctor.

She is persistent in identifying my root issue rather than just managing a symptom.
