We have been coming here for over 13 years, since our kids were infants. The office staff is friendly, supportive and professional. Both Dr. Valdez and her nurse practitioner, Janine, are kind, spend time with the family each visit, and take a personal interest in us. Their medical advice is reasonable, direct, and balanced, and the kids love them. We could not ask for more in a pediatrician!

Excellent care for my son since birth for the last 20 years. We will miss the bedside manners and the excellent care. Just hope we can find a doctor as good for my severely disabled now that he is an adult.

Our girls have been patients for over 15 years. the staff is Friendly. I would recommend tendercare pediatrics they don't candy coat it and say it like it is. so if your ok with that, this is your place.

This pediatricians office is the best. To start there is no waiting time, or waiting time is reasonable. The office staff is extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful. Doctor Valdes-Rafuls is extremely knowledgeable, patient and takes her time with patients. She is explains every single detail, not only to he parents but also the child to their level of understanding. I couldn't be more satisfied with the services of this office. I highly recommend Dr Valdes-Rafuls and her staff!!! 10 stars!!!!

Amazing and excellent doctor as well as herbstaff. Great service, walking are always welcome and convenient appointments. The children feel comfortable and happy for the service especially when it comes to vaccines. Thank you for all the hard and dedicated work that they do everyday.
