Worst doctor I have seen
I thought she would be an empathetic doctor considering her gender, but she is argumentative and rude. She does not listen and talks down to patients. She said she would not provide me with more than 2 referrals before she had even heard about my health concerns.

never would I recommend this doctor to anyone
This doctor is cruel, inconsiderate, and lacks patience with her patients. I'm going to start looking for a new physician right away!If a doctor finds joy in demeaning her patients, she is not in the right profession!

Agree with the other reviews
I had seen her many years ago and I switched because she was rude and cut me off while speaking and I felt I couldn’t adequately share my medical concerns without her dismissing them or minimizing them. Fast forward and I had gone through other doctors but they keep leaving the medical group. I decided to circle back to her and see if anything changed. The first visit was fine but the second visit was exactly what people are describing. I’m in my mid-40s and too grown to put up with her stuff. Switching immediately.

Terrible! This doctor does not care to help people. She also doesn’t know how to check for interactions with medications. Luckily the pharmacy did or I would be in trouble. Stay away from her and this office!

NEGLIGENT, WORST DR. I’VE EVER BEEN TO
This doctor is not just bad, but medically negligent. She denies care for no discernible reason and refuses to help patients. Her hippocratic oath meant nothing, or maybe the money means more. She also doesn’t have general knowledge of conditions and it’s very concerning having to correct a doctor. She doesn’t return phone calls or messages. She’ll actually cancel appointments if she deems them unnecessary! It is so clear she doesn’t care for her patients at all. STAY AWAY! Your health and life is in jeopardy with her.

Ive been to see this doctor, physically, three times. My first appointment was meeting her and letting her get to know me, ok visit. Second time, didn't seem to be happy with me for some personal changes I made for myself, for the better. Again she made me feel very uncomfortable in her presence due to the way she TALKS down to her patience. Third visit, she is late to my room, starts in on me about my former changes, implying that my choice to do what I did was not acceptable to her. Also, she commented on some form of "attitude" I had when she came in which was totally out of line because I greeted her very Kindly. Then, she finds a problem of mine , in a past test, and precedes to get irritated with me because I didn't remember there being a problem that needed addressing because she never contacted me to let me know we needed to move further. Additionally, she made no arrangements for further testing which needed to be addressed at this visit.I guess patients at her facility are suppose to take care of their own problems. At the end of the visit, well I assumed it was because she walked out abruptly not saying anything, I found my own way out!! This doctor is degrading , disrespectful to her patients, not kind, nor patient. I will be searching for a new doctor as soon as possible!! For a doctor who prides herself on CARE for her patience, she is in the wrong profession!!

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any physician. Her bedside manner was extremely disappointing. She is aggressive, rude and condescending. Her medical assistant had the same demeanor. I felt so uncomfortable with her bad attitude during my visit that I asked to end the appointment and was seen by another Doctor. Dr Lacera lacks empathy, patience and professionalism.

She seemed very caring, knowledgeable, and concerned at my first visit. By the third visit she had prescribed blood pressure medication without any consideration that my pain is the cause of my blood pressure not an ailment. I then needed a referral for a colonoscopy (which she had offered at my new pt appt) but because I refused to come back in, and pay her to write it, I was told I could not get it. There is no genuine concern for pt health, it’s only about the money

First trying to get ahold of the office was a huge pain, mostly because the insurance provided an incorrect number. Then trying to get into the office, since I was going to be a new patient, was a month out. Ended up switching to a different PCP as I don't have a month to wait to see the doctor.
