They don't answer calls in a timely manner, it seems ever! Good doctor, Bad support. If you can get thru, for any reason at all, good luck. It gets aggravating.

Dr. Rodriguez was great at first, I started seeing her back in 2015, but when I got pregnant years later she was not very attentive like she used to be. Not only did I have to wait hours in the office to be seen, she would come in with excuses talking about other patients. I voiced my concern about giving birth vaginally due to a medical condition I had and she continued to dismiss it. During labor she made a joke about wishing I could give birth soon (as I was pushing) because she had to take her kids to school. Highly inappropriate comment. After I gave birth I had issues urinating and everyone at Ascension Hospital dismissed my concerns and never examined me before I left. I ended up in the ER days later with urinary retention with a bladder that was about to burst. Saw my urologist later who confirmed I should of never had a vaginal birth due to my condition. I had many complications after birth and it could of all been avoided if Dr. Rodriguez not only listened to my concerns but also was knowledgable even to know better than to have me have a vaginal birth when SHE was the one who diagnosed me with the medical condition in the first place and should of known patients with my condition should not have vaginal births. Would not recommend her to anyone.
