Recent visit
I was experiencing ear pain, and his staff got me in that morning. Very thourough, very nice, and took care of my issue. I needed an ENT, and now I have one !

Awesome Doctor!
What a great experience! Staff and physician made me feel like I had known them all my life. He answered all my questions and only a week later I am feeling so much better. I highly recommend Dr. Gaudet and his staff!

AWESOME
Dr. Gaudets’ concerns to help his patients are remarkable. His approach toward helping his patients improve shows me that he is a caring individual. Every time I see him he explains how he wants to treat me and how I feel about it. Let’s just say his bedside manner reminds me of the old school physicians. I would recommend him to anyone with thyroid problems, sinus, throat or ear issues.

Compassionate and very impressive
Dr. Jacques has taking care of me for what I thought was sore throat, however it was reflux. Got my meds now I am 100% better. He sat and listened. His bed side manner is impeccable.

As I walked in the waiting room to pay the $40 upfront fee, the clerk was rudely discussing something with another client. I took note of that because first impressions matter. Next, I have no complaints about the actual doctor or exam except that the bill or charges were not explained or spoken of upfront. For example, I was only going in for a diagnostic laryngoscopy (which Southern ENT charges a high dollar for in comparison to the nation’s average amount). However, after the doctor found ear-wax, he invited me into another room to get this removed. I did not realize this was not included in my examination and after receiving the bill, I felt bamboozled into a sale. Once I left, I received the bill only via snail mail in October (3 months after the apt.), with a 30 day stamp attached to it (charges would increase/ penalties if not paid in timely fashion). For an office that called me a few times to make sure I logged in and had a patient online portal, I thought it strange to only r
