Dr. Jacques Gordon, DMD

This was the most HORRIBLE, PAINFUL, AND SCARY EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. I THOUGHT THAT I WAS GOING TO DIE. Dr Gordon performed DENTAL surgery . HE DID NOT NUMB ME ENOUGH BEFORE HE STARTED THE SURGERY.

My mom just visit this doctors office. She told me that Dr Gordon was very unprofessional. No bad side manners. Rushing threw the procedure and no consideration or patient for his clients. Please don't waste your time.

One of the worst dentist my family member has encountered. Rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Charged her for an office visit that he ended. Will not be returning due to horrible experience.

Awesome personality, explains everything he will do , will stand by his work . Very clean office also ladies up in the front office are very nice . Your not just a number in his office they treat you like family .

Dr. Gordon is one of the best in his field. He made me feel comfortable. I usually have great anxiety when having any type of dental procedure. However, Dr. Gordon was very professional and efficient and I felt no pain!!!!!! That was most important to me! He’s the GREATEST!

In all if my eighty years, I have never been mistreated by a doctor like Dr. Gordon. He is the most arrogant, disrespectful, and obnoxious practitioner I have ever known. I have been traumatized by the experience and cannot recommend him to anyone. This is the second time that I experienced such. The first. time I was attempting to explain why I have difficulty holding my head straight - cervical spondylitis. He told me to stop talking and let him talk first. I told him that I would close my.mouth. He proceeded to tell me that I could not talk to him like a child. The visit did not end well. I should never have returned for the procedure but I did. In preparation for the procedure, Dr, Gordon positioned three swabs with medication in my mouth and directed me to clamp down on them. When he asked me a question and I attempted to answer, he began to chastise me for not responding properly. I was perplexed and attempted to speak. He stopped me and berated me. Then I responded.

What a pleasant experience it was with Dr Gordon he is one of the most polite and kind person I have ever encountered from the medical field of dentistry I had an extraction procedure and he was very professional very efficient and caring five stars for Dr Gordon and his staff.. Mr ligons review

Dr. Gordon is truly a wonderful dentist. He removed my tooth without any pain. He was pleasant and had great bedside manners. He was able to make me feel at ease and comfortable. Dr. Gordon is a very skillful dentist and was able to explain the process clearly. I believe that Dr. Gordon has genuine compassion for his patients. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Gordon and his fantastic staff took exceptional care of my son during his recent dental procedure. Everything was explained in detail to me privately, and then in terms age appropriate for an 11 year old. The follow up care and assistance with pharmacy/insurance issues post procedure were immediately addressed and resolved. This office goes above and beyond in their care of patients.

Dr. Gordon's practice is the gold standard for 5 star service, start to finish. There are certainly other medical professionals who also possess outstanding training and skill, but it's not possible to find anyone who would provide better service or ability or professionalism or results. No one wakes up thinking "Wow! Today I get to have my wisdom teeth carved out!" but if it's what needs to be done, THIS is the doc you want to do it.

Dr. Gordon and staff were great, friendly and very professional. I had 22 teeth removed including wisdom teeth, I didn’t want to go under anesthesia, so I opted for gas, Dr. Gordon was great, always asking if I was in any pain, talking to me through the whole procedure, gas may not be right for you but it was for me, being that I have never been put to sleep. Dr. Gordon called me that night to check on how I was doing. It’s been a great experience from the start, if I could give more stars I would.

I cannot recommend Dr. Gordon and his entire staff highly enough! The entire staff is very friendly and professional. They seem highly trained. Dr. Gordon has a wonderful bedside ( chairside) manner. He is warm, caring, and puts you at ease. They walked me through everything, made sure I was comfortable and pain free during a double tooth extraction. The office was extremely clean. He even called that evening to make sure I was doing well. 5 stars!

Came to Dr. Gordon to have my wisdom teeth pulled. I was always dreading the process but he made it relatively easy! Also, his office staff is very kind and it was just a pleasure to be there - almost sad I don’t have to go back! Keep up the great work Dr. Gordon and crew !

Dr. Gordon was the business! His staff especially August (I know I worried her too much) but as a whole very pleasant atmosphere! I had 12 teeth removed I'm not in pain nor have I been! The entire process was professional and caring at the same time. Dr. Gordon even called me the night of the surgery to ask how I was doing. ????????????????

I went to have two teeth pulled on 9/14/2018, and have absolutely no complaints. I opted to be out under and it was the best decision I could of made, I woke up not even realizing my procedure was completed. It was amazing!! I didn’t feel, hear, and see not one part of the surgical procedure. I didn’t not wake up with the sense of sickness , I was groggy from being under. Mr. Gordon was very polite, and team was very professional, I was in and out with in a hour and a half. No real after pain.

Dr. Gordon is a excellent Oral Surgeon that cares about his patients. He's professional and he takes the time to ensure you are comfortable with the process. The dental staff has mastered customer service when it comes to taking care of every patient needs before surgery. Dr. Gordon staffs takes pride in what they do and it shows. The one thing the speaks volumes to me is when Dr. Gordon called after my surgery to check up on me. I would recommend Dr. Gordon to friends and family.

Amazing experience! I went to Dr. Gordon on recommendation of my general dentist and my coworkers. I needed 2 full bony wisdom teeth extractions (teeth were fully under my gums) and 2 regular wisdom teeth extractions.
