Having the same issue trying to get records. I had signed a form to have my kids records transferred to Dr. James Lander at Pointe Pediatrics. When I found another pediatrician and called Lander's office to get records, I was informed that a mass transfer of records did not occur and that they were contacting Dr. Kim on a patient by patient basis to get records. When I told them my kids were going elsewhere, his office manager (wife I am told) said it wasn't her responsibility and didn't help

unable to get records from previous visits with Dr. Kim, especially immunization information. Did this office not record immunizations with MCIR ?
