Very good,
Good visit, very easy to understand what was going on. Only bad part, i was put in a room the Dr seldom uses and I was in there for over 40 minutes before i found someone to find the Dr. … she apologized and explained what happened. All was good.

She is congenial & listens to what I have to say.
I've only seen Dr. HONG twice and neither time was I in distress. So, I really can't comment on her treatment under pressure. But I do like her background and education.

Poor appointment honoring
After several rescheduled appointments by this staff my day came for a telehealth visit. I called the office after 20minutes of waiting, was told Dr. Hong runs late. Finally received an invitation after 40 minutes and then waited another 50 minutes with no Doctor. They later called saying these things happen then rescheduled for more than a month away. I’m disappointed

Diagnosed a blockage others were unable to find and had dismissed erroneously as per-existing syncope. Dr. Hong, together with new assessments of my condition by Dr. Huth, inserted a stent. The fresh diagnosis and long needed resulting procedure likely saved my life.....
