A wonderful doctor! On call around the clock, our daughter came down with a high fever in the middle of the night and he answered his phone at midnight and walked us through what to do! Very thorough and never rushes you through an appointment!

I have complete trust in Dr. Bilgi and his staff. My son was born over 2 months early and they have held our hands every step of the way. They never make me feel like I'm asking a stupid question. I've had to call on-call before and Dr. Bilgi was the one I got to speak with. His nurse is anything but rude! She called the next day to check on my son and see how he was. She's helped me get medicines that my son needed approved with insurance (after also completing an appeal for us). Saints.

The nurse is extremely rude. They had to reschedule and told us to come as a walk-in anytime for a blood draw. When we went we waited about 15 minutes and then they told us they couldn't do it and we had an appointment for the next morning to come back then. When I told her that it was explained to us to come anytime the nurse was rude yelled at us that we were wrong and the went on to do other work and didn't bother to resolve the problem. They ignored us and we left.
