Fantastic ExperienceI am 62 years old and I have just become a new patient of Dr. Keene. I have never had such a comfortable, professional, thorough, and efficient experience with a Dr. before in all of my years. Dr. Jaggers spends time with patients, very attentive and receptive. Also speaks Spanish, something very helpful.

Probably one of the most knowledgeable all-round doctors around. He's been taking care of me and my family and friends for years. Sometimes he may be a few minutes behind but that's only because of the personal care that you get. The staff is excellent and Pinellas county is lucky to have such a extraordinary doctor.

Dr. Jaggers Keene has been my and my wife’s primary doctor for the past 14 years. I’m 75 years old and he has been the best primary doctor I ever had. Not only is he an excellent diagnostician, but he is an excellent surgeon, as well. He is able to perform minor surgeries in his office, if necessary. He, also, performs yearly checks for any skin damage we may have from the Sun. If I am not feeling well, I can contact him immediately and he will call me back using Telehealth to see and talk to us and possibly prescribe any medication we may need. Dr Jaggers Keene MD has moved to Choice Health Care, 515 Missouri Ave North, Largo, FL. I'm glad I found him at 727 then 527 and 5100! Dr. Keene has been my primary care physician for the last 3 years. I was sad to hear he had left the Diagnostic Clinic Medical Group. They've had a huge exodus of great doctors, because it's all about bill, bill, bill. "Get more patients back for more appointments that are shorter so we can bill more, bill more bill more." Very Sad! Dr. Keene's great beside manner wasn't a fit. FYI Diagnostic Clinic will try not to honor your records request. By HIPPA, they MUST send your records if requested, but they're demanding you to come in person & sign for your records. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW. If they pull this on you, say: "If you fail to follow HIPPA and transmit my records within the next 48 hours, I will notify the office of Ashley Moody, attorney general of Florida. I'm told she already has a file on you, to which I will add my complaint."

After 20 years I found Dr. Keene at a new address (515 Missouri Largo, FL). He has been an excellent doctor and diagnostician. We are telling all of our friends us about Dr. Keene.

I am extremely upset that Florida Blue let Dr. Keene go. He has been my husband and my Dr. since we moved to FL in 2004. I think his patients deserve an answer as to why he was let go. Is he practicing some place else? We would go there. Always listened to whatever questions you had and never felt hurried. I am very fortunate to have excellent health, I am 77 yrs. old. My husband has COPD and Dr. Keene always listens to my husband and takes his time with him. We think the world of Dr. Keene. We are not sure if we will stay with the Clinic. Very upset with them. Such a shame you had to let such a talented Dr. Keene leave.

Dr. Keene is an excellent Dr with a rating of more than 100 stars. He will be sorely missed at Diagnostic clinic and I'm extremely upset with Florida Blue that they let him go .

Dr. Keene has been my primary care physician for many years. He has always been very attentive and caring for my health concerns and has noticed some things I was unaware of. The only time it took longer to see him than what my appointment schedule was is when someone had come in, almost too late, with an issue from a bite from a brown recluse spider (as per the patient when he finished and came into the waiting room). We could actually smell the rotting flesh in the waiting room. Dr. Keene probably saved his life. Completely understandable that Dr. Keene took care of this emergency situation first instead of making the patient wait until seeing his appointed patients. I would certainly hope the same attention for care would be extended to me if I was in a similar emergency situation. I would, and have, recommended Dr. Keene to family and friends. Currently in my 60s and he is the best primary care physician I have ever had.

Dr. Keene is an exceptional physician with a wide range of knowledge and compassion for his patients. He has been my doctor and trusted advisor for many years, and has even performed out-patient surgeries as needed. Anyone looking for a good doctor should understand the occasional need to wait while the doctor's handling emergencies. Doctor Keene is a great doctor, and I never mind an occasional wait knowing he'll provide me the same focus and supportive care he shows all his patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Keene for almost 6 years. What sets him apart from other doctors I've seen is he really cares. You aren't seen for 30 seconds then he is off to see another patient. From the time you are brought the back, the staff is professional and friendly. Then Dr. Keene comes in and explains what is going on in a way you can understand. He is up-to-date with current medicines and goes out of his way to make you feel at ease. He really cares about each and every patient and it shows in his work ethic.

Dr J. Keene consistently gives advice that is wise and practical. Thanks esp. for help with my fractured back and therapy in Countryside Diag. Clinic. His staff works with him to expedite orders perfectly too. Thank you.
