Avoid at all cost. Most incompetent staff
Most incompetent office staff with no accountability and any management supervision. For 1 month they have been unable to fax a medical device order to the supplier. I had called them repeatedly and they said they forgot and will fax and call, A week later none of this has been done, This is a medical emergency and the office manager and doctor are unavailable. Please DONT GO HERE. They should be shut down

Front office is HORRIBLE
Rude and incompetent. Unable to verify simple insurance co-pays. Charged me 3x what I was supposed to pay and now I have to wait 6 weeks for a refund from them.

Extremely professional and empathetic
Have suffered with inner ear issues and Dr. Hairston was determined to get to the bottom of the issue. An over accumulation of wax was the issue and now I can hear better and have better balance.

He's a wonderful doctor, he did surgery on my sons anoids and tonsils. I had to take him back and get his anoids done again because they grew back. I see him for issueissues, he's very trustworthy, answers all your question & he's straight up with you about medical and by personal experience. I enjoy this place, great atmosphere, great staff, great doctor! I would recommend them to everybody.

He was not very worried about class III lip tie & posterior tongue tie or its effect on breastfeeding, but said he would clip both. He advised scheduling an appt for the 10-min process. When we were refuted the new appt he reluctantly agreed to clip both same day. He said he would numb lip tie area but not the tongue tie on 2-wk old as there are no nerve endings there. He only clipped the lip tie. He later said to come back if tongue tie presented a problem. It still causes a problem with latch.

It was OK,I sign in to see Dr.Hairston,another doctor came in the room.I ask to see the doctor I sign in for. There were three clip board on the desk,I guess the receptionst just sign u up with out asking u.The doctor left,I did see Dr. Hairston. I was move to another room,which I thought was very rude.I go back in two weeks, I wii have to see how it goes, wait time was two hours,spend less than five minutes in the exam room.As I was leaving I felt like, mine time was wasted,Second Chance, Wait!
