The staff is rude and incompetent They have no manners and can’t even speak appropriately They consistently throw you on hold , don’t return phone calls and lie which is a dangerous recipe when dealing w/patients I hope the doctors replace them with more capable and educated staff for the sake of their patients safety and peace of mind

Dr Kalpana reddy is very friendly and caring . She loves to explain everything to patience with examples . She is a patience listener too. I love and respect all the staff members ; all are very cooperative and efficient in their assigned work.
