Excellent Doctor. Takes his time in explaining my health issues and gives me several options on how to treat those issues. Dr. Gutierrez has been my Doctor for over 20 years. I will recommend him 100%

Beyond poor service. Why is he still licensed?????
Did not seem to care for my mother’s health at all. He came into my mom’s hospital room but was only there for under 5 minutes and told us the exact same thing kidney specialist had already told us. Seems CLUELESS!! He makes talented and caring Del Rio doctors look bad.. Please revoke his medical license!!

Dr. Gutierres has been my mother's PCP for a good time now. This gentelman is just that. He is an individual with a heart of gold. Has always answered every question and showed he cares abut his patients.

I understand the reasoning behind drive through appointments, but when it is 95 degrees outside you need to speed up your service, there should be no reason to have your patients sitting in the sweltering heat an hour after their appointment time & the only thing done is they are checked in with reception.

I went to go pull out my blood and was supposed to get three refills one for each month all this time I thought I had my refills until I contact CVS and they told me that these people never called in the refills now I got to go back and make another appointment these people don't do their jobs right they keep on messing up too much

If u have a problem or ? U cant get to talk to the dr. His nurse taking the UAs is not capable of keeping up with them nd blames the patient for his error ns i asked to do the urine test again they kept telling me no. I asked can i talked o the dr to naje him aware nd cause of that nurse nd cuz i cudnt talk to the doctor the nurse accuse me of allot of thing like i had added substance to the urine nd i told him i judt drank alot of water wasnt the rt temp he was not the to take my ua but remove
