Dr Hernandez is an excellent surgeon with a top knot h team at the Southern California Orthopedic Institute, SCOI. He explain the procedure and option in clouding using a robot to assist with the procedure. That was my choice and it made everything go very smoothly including my recovery's .

This guy is no nonsense. He does a lot of hips and both my surgeries and recoveries were very successful.

Dr. Jaime Hernandez, MD is outstanding. I cannot believe how quickly I have recovered from two partial knee replacements. When you are researching orthopedic surgeons for procedures like a joint replacement, you really want the most skilled and most experienced available. That is Dr. Jaime Hernandez, MD. His consultations are clear and to the point. He has excellent support staff and surgical facilities. I had excellent results for procedures I’d been dreading for years.

I’m 34 years old and needed a total hip replacement. The entire process has honestly been really great from start to finish. I’m two weeks in recovery and my life is basically back to normal. After such a long time dealing with pain and barely being able to walk or rotate my leg I’m now back to my normal self thanks to Dr Hernandez and his team.

First visit and pre-op was very thorough and informative. Surgery was scheduled in Sox 2 months following first visit which was great. The day of surgery everyone was professional and well organized. They definitely have a great process getting you ready for surgery. Up and walking as soon as I woke up from surgery. Had to arrive at 9am and my wife picked me up at about 3:30pm. Follow up home care with nurses and PT was top notch. Received excellent care. I can’t wait to get back to the golf course again. Thanks to Dr Hernandez, Mr Pham and the rest of the team. Dr. Hernandez is one of a kind! Having had multiple procedures from different doctors, I can say that Dr. Hernandez knows his work and takes the time to understand his patients.

Everything from beginning to end went smoothly. I felt like the whole team was supporting and cheering me on. Using the Get Well Loop was fantastic. I looked forward to my check-in every day to make sure I was on track.

Dr Hernandez was the hip specialist who first consulted on, then performed my hip replacement. He quickly ascertained the necessity for a replacement, then performed the surgery, which went perfectly. He's extremely knowledgeable, professional, and consummated professional.

I loved that I could text staff in the GetWell Loop and recieved a response on the same day. I liked the check-ins because they helped me remember things the doctor wanted me to do. The staff was always kind and professional
