Do NOT recommend
Horrible and traumatic experience. The dr hurt me while doing the Pap smear. The office billed things they shouldn’t have and they don’t even return my calls. Have been trying to communicate for a month and they have the worst customer service. It’s a nightmare.

The service that I receve is as always top rated. I have been coming to this office for over 8 years and I have always been satisfied with the attentive care that I have received from Dr. Mercado's office. He treats his patients with respect and with urgency to get the appropriate solution to your specific needs. His assistant Bianca is great in helping you with your personal needs as well if the doctor is busy. I recommend this office highly.

Very, friendly & helpful bilingual pleasant staff. Dr. Mercado was so professional, kind with excellent doctor-patient manners that I felt immediately at ease. The office is very clean, pleasant and organized. Scheduling my appointments were quick and easy. I am so happy that I found Broward Complete OB/GYN Wellness Center.

Dr. Mercado listens and explains, has patience and is caring. My problem is a serious one that severely affects my life, and he gives me confidence and hope we will find a solution. His knowledge and support are strong and his gentle manner and generous time leave me assured he is the best and most capable to handle my care. I sincerely recommend him to anyone searching for a gynecologist to care for their health and well-being.

MY experience was very bad. He is focus how to get your money. MY insurance paid for a procedure and he wants to charge me and I must paid him out of my pocket. I call everybody for help but I need to cancel my appointment. This is the worst Doctor I ever had. My insurance stated they cover the procedure 100 per cent but it was up to the Dr if he wants to charge me. He is very unethical Doctor. Be careful !!!!!!!!!!
