They got me in on the day I called as a consult and I was in south pain for 4 days waking for another oral surgeon to get back to me. After doing my consult Dr. Romero saw I was in so much pain and the level of infection. He did my surgery that day an hour later. He knows the severity of a situation an will take care of it. He was under standing to how I felt and was kindand explained everything that was going on. Dr. Romero and his assistant Randy assistant Randy, he were my Angel's. I was very happy on my visit on February 20th 2023. Everything was explained to me so I knew what was going to happen and I was able to ask questions if needed.

I had a very sad experience during my visit to Solace oral surgery in June 2021. (1) In June 2021, I visited the surgery office for a toothache. Dr. Romero extracted my 30 and 31 teeth at the visit. After reviewing my X-ray, both a dentist and an endodontist said, only one tooth was infected, the other tooth was fine and could be saved. I paid the evaluation fee to Dr. Romero for a professional evaluation. But I did not got a professional and honest opinion. For someone getting more money, one of my good teeth was extracted (more procedures, more money). I am very sad. (2) Before the visit, I was told to email my last X-ray so that I did not have to take the X-ray again. During the visit, an assistant told me that he would take an X-ray no change because it was more trouble for him to look for my X-ray in an email attachment. But the clinic changed my insurance $155 for the X-ray. (3) The clinic overcharged me for about $105. Six month later after reviewing EOB, I found that and conta

Can not say enough about the professionalism of the entire staff and warm atmosphere of the office. I had an extraction of a wisdom tooth that developed into a dry socket after the procedure. From the moment the staff answers the phone until you are walking out of the office they treat you with what I call true Southern charm! I was born and raised here in Nashville. The staff and Dr. Romero are the highest quality in customer service! I will recommend to all.

Dr. Romero and his staff are excellent! Dr. Romero took great care of me after an accident and I have never had a more caring surgeon, he is always available for even the simplest follow up and doesn't just hand you off to his staff once the surgery is complete. He explains everything and always has time for questions, truly the best in his field. His staff actually listens and responds to all concerns in a very timely way. I recommend them highly!

I got a pretty bad infection under a crown that had been put on just two months before. I was in incredible pain and had a severely swollen jaw. Already having been sent to two different offices before coming to Dr. Romero, I was pretty frazzled and confused about my situation. They worked me into an appointment quickly and Dr. Romero was incredibly kind, respectful, and thorough. He helped me understand the severity of an infection I had and was clear about my options. Surgery was painless.
