Great Doctor
Dr. Arastu has been my doctor for several years now. He and his nurses are always great to me, they greet me by name and remember facts about my life that I have told them before. He has always been very accommodating to my needs and has gone above and beyond to address all of my concerns. He has also been willing to try and restructure my treatment to fit my life better if something isn't working.

He is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I have had taking care of my son. Tim had encephalitis when he was 2, it is extremely rare. Dr Arastu spent many hours and I’m sure waking nights trying to do the best for Tim. He has literally cried at some of the things that happen to Tim along his journey.

Our handicapped daughter was experiencing higher than normal seizures so, as any good parent would do, we sought a 2nd opinion from a physician outside our area. When we informed Dr. Arastu of this, he became annoyed and IMMEDIATELY responded that we had to decide to stay with him or the other. When we called to have a followup exam, Dr. Arastu's office called and left us a voice message stating "Dr Arastu said patient should continue with Albany and not to schedule a followup here". So much

I've had a very good experience with Dr. Arastu. He is very kind and caring. He takes the time to listen to my daughter who has social difficulties due to aspergers. Shocked to read other peoples bad experiences. Neurologists, like many specialists, usually are booked full and you have to wait a couple months for an appt. Unfortunate but a fact of life, for me at least. Plus I have to travel a distance for a neurologist as there are none in my immediate area. I think Dr. Arastu is great.

I suddenly started suffering with nerve pain in my arms and legs. I went Tommy primary doctor and they referred me to Dr. Arastu. They made me wait 3 months for an appointment, then when I finally go to my appointment, Dr Arastu is unprepared, has none of my blood work or medical history and did nothing but up my dose of medicine and rush me out the door. He said he'll see me back for a follow up in 3 more months. Then 2 weeks later and he still hasn't signed off on his notes for my primary!

My daughter has been suffering from migraines & had a seizure. Our pediatrician made an appointment with dr arastu and said it was urgent. Took over a month for the appointment! We finally get in there & no doctor!!! They said our appointment was cancelled & we'd have to reschedule! One of the receptionists was incredible rude to us too. It was the too bad so sad attitude!!
