I give him an Extremely high review.
Dr. Anderson is a great doctor, dental surgeon, and person. He treated me like I was someone special. I was 74 years old almost 75 when he did a bone graft on me. I highly recommend him if you need dental surgery of any kind. He is also a kind and considerate person.

Lied
Dr Anderson knew from the beginning he was not going to do surgery on me but kept me coming back several more times. Even scheduled surgery & then had someone call me on a Sunday night at 9:30 cancelling surgery on the following Wednesday. Some of the staff lied about things & were very rude.

This office was absolutely amazing. Very professional not to mention they worked me in when I was in pain. “They treat the person not the insurance or money”. I would most definitely recommend without hesitation! Cindy was awesome, she was so knowledgeable and very sweet. She even called to check on me for several days. Way to go Anderson Oral Surgery!

We were referred to this office because my fiancé was in pain from a tooth that needed pulled. Office staff was unhelpful, annoyed, and unmotivated to do the necessary steps with contacting insurance, determining our charges, and getting this done quickly. After the consult was told it would take 30 DAYS to get insurance approval. Said they submitted it and would call us. After 2 weeks, I called bc of his pain and the person that handles “PD’s” (pre authorization & determination?) said SHE SAID IT WOULD BE 30 DAYS and hung up on me. So I called the insurance company and I was told that not only did they NOT receive anything from the doctors office, that they DO NOT AND NEVER HAVE required a PD. They tell doctors to go ahead and do the treatment and then submit it to them for payment. She was rude when I called back to explain that it wasn’t even necessary and wanted to reschedule him. I told them to forget it-I’d find another Provider. Her reply “good do that.”

3 long years of misery!!!
Went in for extraction of 1 impacted wisdom tooth over 3 years ago. Still have no feeling in the right lower jaw and 2/3 of my tongue. Can't taste so many foods or stand many textures and have lost 50 lbs because of it. Went to the top oral surgeon at UT and have permanent lingual nerve damage. The 6-8 hour operation to repair the nerve requires removing a nerve from my body to replace the damaged one. Dr @ UT can't guarantee it will work. My life is forever changed!!!

Patient
When my old dentist decided to schedule my surgery and the day before call and tell me he sold his practice. Dr. Anderson and staff took me in and did my surgery. I will always be grateful to him and his office staff for working me in. I waited a year to have my surgery. If it wasn't for him and his staff I don't know what I would of done. Thank You from the bottom of my heart for caring. I would recommend him if your having dental issues.

He broke my husbands jaw after removing a wisdom tooth and I would not recommend anyone go to him for anything. I am not sure how much of the work he does from my experience his staff does his work and he walks in at the end of the procedures.
