Didn't do a culture when I went in thinking I had an infection but gave me a sample of and a prescription for a cream, just in case, even though everything "looked" fine. Went to another Dr and found out I had a bacterial infection that needed antibiotics. While everyone was nice, he didn't do his job which resulted in prolonged suffering for me.
