Dr. James Baldwin, MD

Use any other doctor than him! Nancy (his nurse) was great! Friendly, polite. almost like she was Dr. Baldwin was a decent surgeon - but beware. He had bad 'bedside manner'. Just rude and short while he is cutting cancer off!My procedure was in the office. I tried to ask for cost estimates in advance, but Dr. Baldwin would not provide them. The 'bill' I received came in the form of a text message with a link to pay. The link was broken, so I could not pay, it only brought up a page saying 'This page could not be reached'. I figured they would send me a paper copy of the bill. Instead they sued me. So after the lawyer fees I ended up paying about DOUBLE the cost. Shameful way to do business. I understand billing can be hard to follow up on, but resorting to lawsuits is unnecessary and only feeds the lawyers. I have no problem paying for services rendered, but the lawyer informed me that the Dr. actually has no responsibility to send me an invoice. Ludicrous!

Dr Baldwin and Nancy are a great team. They really care about their patients. Dr Baldwin was so caring before and after surgery. He took the time to check on me all the time. He helped me after I lost my breast to breast cancer. A good man and surgeon
