Day of my 2 y/o son apt, my 4 y/o daughtr was having diahrea.We left our house to head to apt & 1/2way there my daughtr needed to go. I pulled over to go&called their office to let them know my situation. The woman on the phone said if more thn 10 min late, wouldnt be seen. rushd there after bathroom, walkd in ONE min past 10 min mark. The woman very rudely told me he couldnt be seen over the 1 min. I would nevr recomend an office who hires staff w/this low of regard for ER situations like mine

Dr. Bartels himself is very good, but scheduling is terrible. I always call to see if he's running on schedule and am told he is, yet I always wait at least 20 minutes in the waiting room. The last time, I arrived early and asked if he was running late, because I was early and could have run an errand. They said he was on schedule, so I waited for almost half an hour, then didn't see him till 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. What's especially annoying is that no one ever apologizes.
