3 minutes of a Doctors time is what you get.
Dr Batti, spent 3 minutes of his time telling me he did not understand that, MRI or CT scan report and I needed a surgical ENT. He ordered a CT scan I had a new MRI and a CT scan from 2024&25 I asked him what is all this in my sinus. I am having vision issues and complete exhaustion from my left sinus being painful and clogged. I had my computer with all 3 reports pulled up and had a concern about some things on the reports. MY neurosurgeon had sent me to an ENT so I thought I could get some answers. I was concerned about maxillary sinuses, with a possible fluid level in the left maxillary lumen, which it said on the report. He said it was nothing but the radiologist stated it is chronic sinusitis. I tried to ask him,he walked away and said it is nothing and he did not know how to read the reports I had. I have my third brain tumor and just needed to get help with pain and vision issues from my left sinus. 3 minutes of his time is what I got, and was told I needed a surgical ENT'

Appointment for Vertigo. First a technician when !
What stood out to us was the doctor’s decision not to see the patient and his obvious lack of empathy towards his patient who was experiencing VERTIGO! Really strange behavior from the norm when seeking medical attention. Dr. Batti doesn’t deserve my time and money.

Rushed appointment
This is first comment I leave for doctor. Dr. Batti spent less than two minutes with me and did not want to answer my questions. He said to make an appointment as a follow up. I was in shocked. I never went back again to him. I thought he was having just a bad day but now I see the reviews and people have had the same experience.

Dr. Batti was a great surgeon and very reassuring
Dr. Batti performed my daughter's tonsillectomy, adenoid removal and tube surgery. I was super nervous and he was very reassuring before and after the surgery. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for their child.

Recommend for kids ear issues
Dr. Batti not only put ear tubes in for my daughter with frequent infections but helped us when she got a piece of a wax ear plug stuck in her ear. It was a holiday when we found it and the walk in clinic sadly pushed it deeper against her ear drum. We saw Dr Batti who advised the safest way to remove it would be under anthesisa to not jeopardize her hearing. While it was difficult to have her go under anthesisa, I'm thankful for his knowledgeable and considerate decision. Happy to report she had a good outcome. Thank you Dr.Batti!

Good
I would recommend but I did tell dr Batti that I was uncomfortable that the young man who checked my ears before the dr came in had no gloves on , touched the instruments with bare hands ; 3 months ago It was the same too . Dr was friendly he told me patients are rude to him . That was interesting he said he was happy to get out of the business soon . Woman who checked me out was unfriendly . Front desk girl fine . I went for routine ear wax removal . Audiologist for talk on hearing aids Jennifer was impressive, not many ents have an audiologist she was fabulous . I would go back because I loved her . I just felt a little off when gloves weren't used a bit of a stickler about that here

Dr Batti came into my husband’s visit completely aloof, looked in his nose for all of one minute, refused to view our MRI because it’s “bad science”, said it’s probably allergies and prescribed a nose spray that we never even used. We ended up going to an actual sinus center in CT and the treatment was miles better. They did an exam, a scan, asked questions, did their actual due diligence. Turns out not only was his severe congestion not due to just allergies, he had a bone spur on his septum and his sinuses were so enflamed that barely any air was passing through. They had him in surgery very quickly. Outpatient procedure with new technology. He’s breathing better than he’s ever been. To add more insult to injury, Dr. Batti’s office sees fit to charger us nearly $500 after insurance for poor treatment and a misdiagnosis. I suggest doing your research and looking elsewhere if you expect upstanding treatment.

Do not recommend
Took less than 5 minutes and seemed so rushed and antsy. Worse experience ever and will go to another ENT doc for my mothers issues. He had no time to explain. We had to ask for clarification which still wasn’t clear.

Bad experience
I left feeling worse than when I went in! A doctor is supposed to show compassion and care about the patient and getting them better, Dr Batti was the opposite. He rushed me in and out, didn't let me get a quaetstion in and told me to go to another specialist. It seemed as if he didn't know what was going on, so it's easier to just push me off to someone else. What a waste of time this was, and expensive. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I would NEVER reccomend him to anyone. He gives doctors a bad rap. Truly bad experience.

Find Someone Else
I saw Dr. Batti after already seeing two separate ENT’s for a bad ear/sinus infection I got in May 2020 due to my pollen allergies. That ear/sinus infection left me with constant nausea, dizziness, armpit soreness (lymph nodes), constant clicking in my ears, muffled hearing. Dr. Batti was my 3rd ENT and saw me for about 6 months. In those 6 months I just continued to feel terrible with no improvement. I didn’t feel listened to and I felt completely ignored as things got worse. My final visit he basically just ignored me and said “maybe you should just see a psychiatrist”. I do not understand how a doctor can say that to someone who is VISIBLY upset and in distress just because they don’t know what the issue is. When he saw that I was upset he back tracked and suggested an allergist. I have a FOURTH ENT now and he did a CT scan of my sinuses that revealed that I’ve been so inflamed for 9 months due to no one listening to me, that I do in fact need 4 different sinus procedures.

Horrible. My experience with Dr. Batti was a joke. Spent a whole 2 minutes examining me to say, not sure and to go see an allergist. That's right, one quick look in my ears and that was that. A true let down.

I would never ever recommend Dr Batti, in fact, I would go out of my way to tell people to make sure you dont take the appointment even if its the only choice. He was rude. He took me 30 minutes late, spent no more then 2 and a half minutes with me total, left me waiting in the room for a total of 45 minutes on top of the 30, rushed his questions, gave me attitude, told me a lump on my neck was a muscle (there are no spherical muscles), wouldnt let me write down the 30 seconds of information he gave me or ask questions, he made me feel stupid for going to the doctors for trying to find out why I have collapsed 4x in the past 5 years and get dizzy upon standing. I tryed to explain it to him but he rushed me out of the room as if he didnt care to help me find out what was going on with me based purely off appearance and the fact that I take Adderall (as perscribed by me Dr). He needs to understand that a 36 y/o would not risk contracting covid to play games. Horrible person.
