Dr Baugrunds is very kind and compassionate, extremely caring wanting what’s best for his patients. I have seen DrBlaugrund several times and he is always trying to do the best care for me as his patient, there is no one I would rather see than him.

Upcoming Surgery
I had an appointment and was amazed by how nice the staff is and the doctor was very helpful by explaining exactly what he will be doing, I feel safe and comfortable knowing he will be doing my surgery. I looked online and seen that he is well educated and went to one of the best medical schools in the world. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a top notch physician who is the best of the best in his profession.

Disrespectful
My wife went in for sinus cysts causing fevers and headaches. Doctored spent less than 5 minutes with her, told her that couldn't be the problem, they were probably benign, and to see a neurologist, but good luck seeing one as the wait is at least 9 months. She's been waiting to get in for 5 months and that's the best he could do.

Fantastic Doctor
Dr. Blaugrund suggested I get an MRI. I ended up having an acoustic neuroma. Naturally, I was upset. I messaged him several times and he answered each time because he cared. He was very thorough and spent all the time I needed. I would definitely go back to him. I felt confident and trusted him.

Felt like he talked down to me and had no desire to hear what I was saying. At the time, I was 67 years old and know this body pretty well - I'm not picky or fussy and don't usually leave reviews. Went to see Todd Hillman after that - what a difference all the way around!

This was my first ever visit to an ENT. The staff was please t and welcoming. Dr Blaugrand made me feel at ease, and explained everything about what was happening and my diagnosis. He didn’t rush me, or make me feel like a number. His bed side manner is remarkable. He listened and was willing to help me with my issues. I can’t say enough about this DR.

Friendly, but did not examine ENT, as thoroughly as I had expected. His Audiologist performed the Epley Manuver for Vertigo that I was concerned about ,in the past my previous DOCTOR, did this and it worked this time IT did not last . very surprised that an Audiologist can do this maneuver. Dr. Blaugrund came to room examine me , which was done hastily. So I did not have wax removed from ears. Not impressed at all. I was lucky enough in Jan, 2018 to get appointment with my previous ENT..

My husband had a simple problem with wax in his ear. The Dr. ordered ear drops after the procedure. Script was supposed to be called in within an hr. We are still waiting for the script to be faxed a day and a half later. The pharmacy said they cannot fill a script unless they have an order. The office called and left a message saying the script was at the pharmacy. I have been to the pharmacy twice so far and have made 5 phone calls. nOW, I CALLED AGAIN. LEAVE A MESSAGE. EVERYONE IS AT LUNCH!!!
