Caring professional.
I've seen Dr. Bollinger for a number of years and always find it easy to make an appointment. The staff is kind and very helpful. I'm glad to have a Urologist with his experience locally. I've even referred my daughter to him when she needed this typer of help! She commented that he was very helpful and helped to resolve her issue.

I have been not well for the past thirty years. Dr. Bollinger is an excellent health care provider and a very decent human being. I glad our paths crossed.

Most horrible experience I've ever had with a doctor. Not only was Dr. Bollinger's bedside manner terrible, he had his mask under his chin, blew his nose without then washing his hands and also examined my genitals WITHOUT GLOVES OR WASHING HIS HANDS before or after. That's disgusting in general practice, let alone during a pandemic! The office itself was dirty and antiquated. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!

Very friendly. Laid back appearance to relax patients. He fixed me with meds, and put a fight with insurance, he operated two different issues, and fixed them at first try permanently. He repaired three times what Mayo Clinic docs were unable to do for years. Sometimes the wait is longer - but this is because he never takes away from your needs. He listens and analyzes well and fast. I trusted him not only with my body but with my parents and my in-laws. I am with him since 1990. I am glad all those dissatisfieds' are gone - more time for me.

Felt very uncomfortable. Dr seems careless. And looks judgmental. Office does not appear clean. Looks like a office from a decade ago. Very unhappy with my visit today. Dr took ultrasound and printed it then threw it on the counter. I couldn’t wait to leave. Dr told me to follow up in 2 weeks. Will not be coming back.

Office receives patients as they arrive not as scheduled. Packed waiting room for 1 doctor and wait was long. Not a talkative doctor. I needed surgery because the urologist I was seeing no longer does surgery & had to schedule an office visit. Scheduling surgery was easily done in the office. After surgery, the hospital followed up but the doctor did not. I had to schedule another office visit just to get the results of my surgery which should have been sent to my specialist.

Lazy doctor who only seems to want to do the minimum to collect the insurance. Not happy with him at all. Having a blockage to my straight catheters but after seeing him 3 times he has yet to try to find out the cause of the blockage. Went into his office and he basically just gave me two coude catheters to reuse for a week (what decade are we in?) and told me to come back in a week.
