Dr. James Booker, MD

The Physician is great, but his first desk lady is rude, rude rude; she doesn't greet people and doesn't make you feel welcomed at all; I feel discriminated because I am not black and that is not cook at all.; this is my second pregnancy and was seen earlier this week, during my exam all I could hear was her voice down the hallways; and id say it is a pretty big office; I noticed that the staff was not wearing their mask and in a pandemic where numbers are climbing at alarming rates that doesn't make me feel comfortable. I may need to look for another office; because I need to be able to feel that I am welcomed and at a minimum be greeted.thank you but I will not return no matter how good the physician is; if he or they allow his staff to act this way; they was another woman in the lobby and she mentioned that this lady is always like this, but she comes back because she likes the doctors; this it is not okay.

I was looking for a female gyn since I am post menopausal and the primary doctors just don’t understand. My daughter suggested Dr. Bookers ARNP Rebecca Jensen because in her words “He Is amazing” and I trust him literally with my life. Which he did save her life 15 yrs ago. I went yesterday and my daughter was right. Ms.Jensen and her nurse were great!!! They put you at ease the minute you meet them. They were very informative of thing I never knew about menopause. It was talking to my best friend. She will be my permanent GYN. Thank you for making it a good visit...

Dr Booker and his staff are amazing. The medical assistants don’t return calls until the end of the day, which could be improved but I have not had any issues with this office. Dr Booker is very caring and is concerned for the well being of his patients. Nurse practitioner Kim is also amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate. She does not end a visit until she is sure that you understand and have no more questions.

I highly recommend them to my friends and family, and to anyone looking for a gynecologist. They’re very professional, and amiable. I never feel rushed, and I always feel like the care and concern given is genuine. Something that sadly not many doctors offer anymore. I wish there were more Doctors like Dr. Booker, Doctors who would really see their patients as human beings and not just as a number, or transaction. Thank you, Dr. Booker, and staff for always being so caring.

Dr. Booker and Mrs.Jensen are the best!!! They go out of their way to inform you of your care and are very personable. The staff are very friendly and helpful!!

Highly recommended. Dr Booker is very nice and very professional. Will sit and take time to liste and will get you involved in your care. Staff all were very nice as well.

Dont go to this place. It is a rip off. All they want to do is charge your insurance. They are not concerned about your health. They just want to make money off of your insurance. Be very aware of this place! The staff also does not dress properly. They wear flip flops and jeans to the office. Dont go to this place. This place does not deserve any stars because it is TERRIBLE!!!!
